Shipping and returns

We ship by DHL  and DPD – free shipping within Europe

Orders on weekdays will be processed within 24 hours. Orders placed over weekends will be processed on the next working day.

All orders within Europe are delivered within 4-5 working days and are free of charge. For any special requirements please contact us on info@eva-dessous.com. We love to hear from our customers!

For maximum peace of mind, all orders are sent with tracking. You can easily track your order on the relevant courier website with the tracking code we automatically send you on your shipping confirmation.

Returns:

We really hope you are happy with your purchase, as we take great pride in our product and check every single one before we send it out. But we know that buying lingerie online can be tricky so we aim to make returns as easy and hassle free as possible. Please follow these simple steps:

Email info@eva-dessous.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

We will issue you with a returns/exchange form containing the returns address. Please include this form with the returned package and remember to indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

Please send your return back to us within 28 days of receipt.

We strongly advise that you return your item via a secure method and obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for parcels lost in transit.

You will receive email notification once your returned item has been received by us, and if applicable we will inform you when exchange items have been dispatched.

You will receive a refund to the original method of payment within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods provided that the product is still in perfect condition, unworn with all tags attached.

Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie. We cannot accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition.

Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded.

Faulty items:

If your item is faulty, please follow the instructions as set out above for returns. Products found to be defective will of course be refunded in full, along with all shipping costs incurred by you in returning the item.
